What is the hydraulic lift used for lifting operations driven by? First of all, we need to understand the power source and transmission mode of the hydraulic lift during the lifting process. The hydraulic transmission is inseparable from the most important part - the hydraulic cylinder.
The hydraulic system of the hydraulic lift is an integral part of the hydraulic lift. The hydraulic cylinder is the actuator in the hydraulic system; it is generally composed of a cylinder, a cylinder rod (piston rod), and a seal. The inside of the cylinder is divided into two parts by the piston, respectively, through an oil hole. Because the compression ratio of the liquid is very small, when oil enters one of the oil holes, the piston will be pushed to make the oil out of the other oil hole, and the piston drives the piston rod to extend (retract) movement, and vice versa.
The hydraulic cylinders used in common hydraulic lifts usually have the following five parts, 1-cylinder barrel and cylinder head 2-piston and piston rod 3-sealing device 4-buffer device 5-exhaust device. The working principle is basically similar to that of ordinary hydraulic cylinders. Taking a manual jack as an example, the jack is actually the simplest cylinder. The hydraulic oil enters the oil cylinder through a one-way valve through a manual booster (hydraulic hand pump). Continuously enter the hydraulic cylinder, just keep going up and up like this, open the hydraulic valve when it is about to go down, and let the hydraulic oil return to the oil tank. This is the simplest working principle, and the others are all improved on this basis. The difference between the cylinder and the oil cylinder The principle is basically the same.
The hydraulic cylinder is the most important part of the hydraulic lift, but the hydraulic cylinder is not very important in the maintenance of the entire equipment, because the structure and material of the hydraulic cylinder determine its high load, simple structure, and not easy damage. In addition, the choice of sealing ring material is also very particular, and the quality of the seal also determines the service life of the hydraulic lift cylinder.
